The WISH Centre

The WISH Centre is a charity supporting recovery from self harm, violence, abuse and neglect.

1 in 5 teenagers in the UK self harm. Self harm is an addictive way of coping with distress and most commonly the effects of domestic or sexual violence, abuse, neglect, bullying, family breakdown, bereavement, poverty. WISH provides counselling, peer support, group-work, youth projects and training.

The WISH Centre is a registered charity no. 1125263 and is a member of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy. All of our practitioners are fully qualified and CRB checked.
